• Doing research on logo design and website layout design through internet to learn and more knowledge regarding the field.

• Explore about the web banner design.
• Explore about the way to create website using the simple way using Joomla.

Thursday, 24th January 2013

• Attend to work due to company is operating even though it is Public Holiday (Maulidur Rasul).
• Design website banner to learn more about banner design in website.

• Doing research on graphic designing.
• Create logo for telecommunication company named Vexon Tele-Resource Sdn Bhd.

Week 2 (14th January 2013 - 19th January 2013)

Monday, 14th January 2013

• Create logo animation of a number of stationery brand that available at company's outlet.
• Create the animation using the Flash software and saved as GIF image.
• The animation logo was designed as email signature to be inserted at the bottom of the email from Spirit Media.

Tuesday, 15th January 2013

• Amend the brand logo arrangement to be in 2 rows instead of 1 row.
• Create more logo design for brainstorming process in creating the new company logo.

Wednesday, 16th January 2013

• Create flash web banner that featuring the stationery and paper product of the company.
• Required to design six different animation.
• Send the published Flash file in format of .swf to the supervisor or trainer for view.

Thursday, 17th January 2013

• Continue with creating the Flash web banner of the products for extra in case the banners that was designed previously were not meet supervisor's satisfaction.

Friday, 18th January 2013

• The supervisor was not available for the day due to some other work matters.
• Continue with searching the ideas for the new company logo.

Saturday, 19th January 2013

• The supervisor still not available due to some other matters. 
• Continue with searching the ideas for company logo and do some research on the web design layout.

Week 1 (7th January 2013 - 12th January 2013)

• Being introduced to all staff in the company.
• Required to do a research on other existing stationery company website in terms of the layout, banner design, background design and other graphic element.
• Trace the existing company logo in vector in order to make it clear in high resolution.

• Create color animated button in Flash CS3.

Wednesday, 9th January 2013

• Design new company logo to replace the existing logo. The logo must match the company purpose and the corporate color which is in blue.
• The design of the new logo is based on the company needs and fondness. 
• During the creation of the logo, brainstorming process was done by creating few logos for the company to choose. Finally, the selected logo which was chosen by the  trainer who assist during this internship period was sent to the upper level party to decide either the logo is suitable or not with their need.

• Trace the associate company logo named SMF in vector in order to make it more clear and high resolution when being exported. 
• Required to save the traced logo in PNG format.
